Since 2006, Workforce Solutions USA has connected more than 10,000 people with dependable jobs across the country. We started as a small, family-run agency with a simple belief: when you treat workers with respect and employers with honesty, everybody wins.
Today we staff for five essential industries — security, hospitality, janitorial, home care, and light industrial — and we still answer the phone when you call. Our recruiters get to know every candidate personally, so we can match the right person to the right job the first time.

No. Our services are 100% free for job seekers — always. Employers pay us to find great people like you.
Most applicants are working within two weeks, and some start within days. It depends on the role, your availability, and any required screenings or licenses.
Not always. Many of our hospitality, janitorial, and warehouse roles are entry-level with on-the-job training. Security and home care roles may require a license or certification — we'll walk you through exactly what's needed.
Both. We offer temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire positions. Many of our workers start on a temporary assignment and get hired on permanently by the employer.
